Welcome to the COGENT online fees portal. This portal provides you a platform for online payment of your college fees. Read carefully instructions given below for your registration and for filling up the required form.

Keep following documents (Soft copy/Scanned copy) and details, ready with you before sign up and login.
  • HSC marksheet of all attempts (Scanned copy Less than 1Mb in size and in PDF format).
  • School LC i.e Leaving Certificate (Scanned copy Less than 500KB in size and in PDF format).
  • Affidavit, NOC and University allotment letter must be in PDF format and size must be less than 500KB(for whom it is applicable).
  • Passport size photo(Less than 50KB in size and in JPG format).
  • HSC trial certificate of all attempts(PDF format and less than 500KB).
  • Category certificate and non creamy layer certificate should be uploaded in a single PDF file and size must be less than 1 Mb(For whom it is applicable)
  • University allotment letter only for 1stsemester students(If your university has allotted)
Registration Steps
  1. First sign up with your proper email address and mobile number.
  2. Enter a password of your choice and confirm it.
  3. On successful registration,you will get an OTP on your email address and in your mobile number.
  4. Enter email OTP and mobile OTP in the tabs and click on verify button.
  5. On successful verification, it shows that “Your SSO account created successfully” you can login now.
  6. Now you have to click on login.
  7. Login with your email ID and password.
  8. Fill up the required personal details, institute details and upload the required documents, result details.
  9. After filling up the required details, click on the “Submit” button.
  10. After submission of the form, your unique ID will be generated.
  11. Note down the unique ID and keep it safe with you.
  12. After this process is over, your form will be verified by your college. After form verification process by your college, you will receive a message and link for online payment fees from your college on your email Id and mobile number.
  13. Then you to have to proceed for online fees payment through the given link in the stipulated time period.
  14. If your form is rejected by your college, then you will have to fill or edit the form again and make the required changes.
